Combining excellent produce with elegant service coupled with unique surroundings, Michael Nadra Brasserie offers an innovative dining experience within an intimate and relaxed environment of a high-end neighbourhood restaurant.

AsSous Chefyou will work closely with Michael & manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and menu development. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will:

·Have minimum 2 years of experience working in a Michelin/ Rosette Restaurants as Jnr / Senior Sous Chef

·Have worked in small, highly skilled brigade

·Possess excellent culinary and presentation skills – ensuring all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size and temperature

·Have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

·Have a thorough knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety

The restaurant will enable the correct candidate to show and develop their skills in a professional yet friendly working environment. You must be interested in using modern cooking techniques, highest quality ingredients and equipment.

What we offer the Sous Chef:

·Salary of £30-£35k per year (depending on experience).

·40% discount for you and one guest when dining in any Michael Nadra restaurant.

·45 shifts paid holiday a year & Pension.
