Job overview and responsibilities
As a Manager on the United Voices team, you will influence change to improve the customer and employee experience by using data driven insights. This role will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of Voices reports, ensuring flight attendant feedback is appropriately tracked, trended and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution. The Voices Manager will also manage a team in the India Knowledge Center to ensure the reports are responded to in a timely manner.
Analyze Voices data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and use data visualization tools to develop dashboards to easily display this data
Collaborate cross functionally to review trends with relevant stakeholders and recommend changes to improve the customer experience based on flight attendant feedback
Communicate changes made based off of Voices feedback with flight attendants to continue to gain buy-in of the program
Partner with Digital Technology to identify and implement enhancements to make the Voices program more efficient
Oversee Voices team in the India Knowledge Center to ensure Voices reports are responded to in a timely manner and provide support as needed

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
+4 years’ experience in analytical role (analysis, information science, data visualization or other relevant quantitative)
Proficiency in data visualization tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must have excellent analytical aptitude including ability to develop sound insights across multiple data sources
Expertise with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare executive level presentations
Ability to work with cross functional groups
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
