Position: Hospitality Operative London Up to £25k per annum
Our client is looking for an experience Hospitality Operative to join their growing team in London immediately. You will provide excellent customer service and report into the building manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Serve beverages for meetings and events.
·Assisting with the setup of events and functions.
·Assisting at events and functions.
·Housekeeping in-hours of hospitality area and meeting rooms.
·Ensuring that the client suite and meeting rooms remain in an acceptable condition throughout the day.
·Ensure that any maintenance issues are reported promptly.
·Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the systems.
Essential Skills, Person Specification &Education:
·Working within corporate organisations.

·Good organisational skills.
·Good communication skills
·Excellent written and verbal skills
·Enthusiastic and committed approach
·Tact and diplomacy when dealing with customer, staff and suppliers

·A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
·Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent
·Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
·PowerPoint and Access.
·3 years’ experience in a similar role
·Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
·Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills.
