Chef Manager

We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team, with opportunity for growth! A great opportunity to work Monday – Friday with full benefits and paid vacation. Paid time off on major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full service corporate cafe, which includes financial management, scheduling, P&L responsibility, client meetings, presentations, cost control, growing the business
• Hands on culinary, service and delivery
• Place orders, set pars, inventory, scheduling, cost control
• Ensure high quality standards, QA policies and adherence, food presentations.
• Develop weekly menu. Catering menu adaption
• utilize our internal menu/recipe data base to draft menus
• High catering standards, service and events
• Full financial management systems and responsibility
• Client meetings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related field

• Knowledge of financial P&L, cost and labor systems
• Excel, Power Point and Word applications
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities – good team leader
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be Serve safe certified and vaccinated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Culinary experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• management: 3 years (Preferred)
