Full Job Description
We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team, with opportunity for growth! A great opportunity to work Monday – Friday with full benefits and paid vacation. Paid time off on major holidays
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full service corporate cafe, which includes financial management, scheduling, P&L responsibility, client meetings, presentations, cost control, growing the business
- Hands on culinary, service and delivery
- Place orders, set pars, inventory, scheduling, cost control
- Ensure high quality standards, QA policies and adherence, food presentations.
- Develop weekly menu. Catering menu adaption
- utilize our internal menu/recipe data base to draft menus
- High catering standards, service and events
- Full financial management systems and responsibility
- Client meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related field
- Knowledge of financial P&L, cost and labor systems
- Excel, Power Point and Word applications
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities – good team leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be Serve safe certified and vaccinated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
