Our Partnership with this client gives you a unique opportunity to become a part of the global team that focuses its attention on positively impacting experiences that customers have when interacting with the social media platform. As a member of our Business Support team, you will be providing post-sales chat and email support for the client’s advertisers, ensuring the maximum experience of the customers. You will troubleshoot and provide information and solutions to customers with the highest standards of professional customer care.

Communication – You will be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with our client’s advertisers who are seeking your help or advice. Your communications skills are critical for strengthening the existing relationship between our client’s brand and their customers. You will work towards satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices. You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests and queries.
Drive for Results – This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will be maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and adhering to service level agreements when dealing with the customer’s queries.

- 1+ year of previous customer support experience is a must
- Experience in providing technical support and basic technical troubleshooting to users or businesses is preferred
- A customer support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others
- Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
- Exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills (high attention to details)
- Ability to focus in a dynamic work environment and thrive while responding to evolving product inquiries
- Great judgement and ability to problem-solve both with peers and independently
- Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations
- Good multi-tasking and typing skills (30 WPM+)·
- Familiarity with online advertising products and digital media
- Experience providing Business to Business (B2B) Support services with emphasis on online advertising sector or social media
